I had a great experience at this place, with big comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep, and the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, which made my stay even better.

the venue was great, i loved the location close to all the nightlife, bars, nightclubs, shopping malls, massage parlours, internet cafes, beauty parlours and aa pattaya, and city views. it was in the central location to walking street or the large shopping mall. everything here was excellent, i would go back in flash.

The whole experience was really comfortable. There were a fridge, an air conditioning, and a work desk in my suite. The service provided there was EXCELLENT.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short 10-minute walk from the city center, and the friendly staff provided us with excellent recommendations.

The lobby and common areas were well-kept and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior woman. The warm hospitality of the staff made me feel welcome and cared for throughout my time at the hotel.

If I could ask for one improvement, it would be for the staff to be a bit more attentive and accommodating to the needs of senior guests. Although the overall experience was positive, there were moments when I felt that the children working there could have been more proactive in helping older individuals with their specific requirements.

The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and gracious. The front desk staff, including the night staff, were a gem. The overall check-in experience was smooth and pleasant. The location made it easy to get to the beach for a morning walk. The pool was also nice.

Great hotel with very nice staff. Room cleaned everyday. The pool overlooking the sea was a highlight. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The free wifi in all rooms was a great convenience. the hotel provided good value for the price.

There were a few negatives during my stay. The reception area was dark and dingy, which didn't leave a great first impression.

I really enjoyed the cozy and nostalgic interior of the hotel. The decoration reminded me of a charming older hotel, which made me feel comfortable and at home. The general areas were well-kept and clean, and I appreciated that they were easily accessible for senior people like me.

I wish the staff were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

I wanted to visit Wat Chai Mong Kol and chose A.A. Pattaya Residence for its convenient location. Surprisingly, the hotel provided a variety of facilities and services, including a bar/lounge where I could enjoy my favorite drinks. , being able to explore local restaurants within 2 km was a great bonus.

super clean room - great location - close to cafes - easy walk to the beach in the morning, and got some cool local tips from the friendly staff. one service that stood out was how helpful they were when I left my tablet behind - it was waiting for me when I came back!

Pattaya Residence was lit! The location was dope, just a short walk away from Pattaya Residence and Alcazar Cabaret. We were living our best life, partying it up every night.

The only thing we wished for was a more happening vibe at the hotel. It would've been super cool if they had organized some fun events or activities specifically for young party-goers like us.
